Individual Sessions

  

Counseling is about you and helping you navigate and cope with the here and now to better be able to live a happy and healthy life. This service is a collaborative process between your therapist and you, the client. I have extensive training in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and more. This paired with my own unique experiences and your expertise on you own life, we will identify goals to work towards and steps to getting you there. 


We will typically meet weekly for 45-55 minutes. You will be able to speak openly and freely as I listen carefully in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. From week to week, you are able to bring in your life experiences that both trouble you and elate you. You will get to know yourself in new ways and begin to feel more confidence in your abilities to handle all that life may throw your way.

Couples Sessions, Family Sessions

Every relationship we have has a tremendous impact on our quality of life. Whether in the good times or the bad, taking a deeper look into some of these relationships may help us to live happier, healthier lives. It can be difficult and confusing to untangle troubled relationships without guidance. Couples and Family work is based on working with differences in perception as well as thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Couples and family work is also available to people seeking individual sessions that would like to occasionally invite significant others into session. These sessions also typically meet weekly for 45-55 minutes, or as needed.
